Boss Game Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Player Agreement

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Boss Game platform — whether via the website at bossgame.bet, the mobile application, or any other interface through which Boss Game services are delivered — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Boss Game. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use Boss Game's services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts under KYC review may have withdrawal processing paused until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on Boss Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Boss Game does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) are outside Boss Game's control and are your responsibility.

Boss Game will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly. Players who deliberately exploit manifest errors risk account closure.

Boss Game uses certified Random Number Generator technology for all casino and card game outcomes. Sports betting results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant event as reported by the governing body. In cases of dispute about a result, Boss Game's determination is final.

Boss Game offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device. Where multiple accounts in the same household attempt to claim the same bonus, all claims beyond the first will be voided.

• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or miscalculations in the Boss Game system for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers across multiple accounts (bonus abuse / collusion).
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Boss Game in a way that gives an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering activity using Boss Game's payment infrastructure.

Boss Game's fraud and compliance team monitors all accounts and transactions. Players flagged for suspicious activity may have their accounts reviewed with withdrawals held pending investigation. Boss Game cooperates fully with law enforcement where criminal activity is suspected.

Boss Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a KYC request.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will be notified before any balance adjustment is made.
• At the player's own request — Boss Game will process account closure requests within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure request will be processed normally.
• Where continued operation of the account presents a legal or regulatory risk to Boss Game.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, Boss Game may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, balance forfeiture may apply in proportion to the nature of the violation.
